I help people improve how they breathe so they can sleep better, manage stress more effectively, and perform at a higher level. In sessions, we assess your breathing mechanics, CO₂ tolerance, and rate. From there, I build a practical, personalized plan to improve diaphragm function, nasal breathing, and overall efficiency.
Clients come to me for stress, anxiety, sleep struggles, focus challenges, resilience, and performance goals. My training includes Oxygen Advantage, Buteyko Clinic International, Nordic Flow Level 2, Pause Breathwork, and Body by Breath through Tune Up Fitness. I work with people in Oakville and virtually worldwide.
